  I lived at Encinitas Heights for a year and found it to be a wonderful place to call home. It is located walking distance to retail shops, restaurants, and close to Hwy 101 and freeways. I'd also like to mention that John offered incredible customer service, and was always responsive. I had to move to OC, and had such a positive experience, that I chose to stay with Equity.

  I love living at Encinitas Heights! I have lived at this community for nearly 2 years. The apartments are so spacious and open, and the amenities make me feel like I live at a resort, especially during the summer time. I love being in such a central location, with so many good shops and restaurants in the area, and just a scooter ride from 101 Coast Hwy and all the beaches here in Encinitas. I have always loved the friendliness and efficiency of the staff. In fact, when one of the wonderful staff members left the office, I saw an opportunity to join the team. I joined this team because I really do love living here, and I now get an opportunity to serve my neighbors when working in the office. I live where I work! It's a wonderful place!

  Not only am I the Community Manager of Encinitas Heights but I am also a very satisfied resident. I've lived here longer than I've worked here. First, the city of Encinitas is amazing. I love living so close to the beach. Everything I could need is within a 5 minute drive. I love my apartment and this community. I promise, you will love it too.
